The Role
We are looking for a QMS Specialist who will create, deliver, manage, and improve internal and external processes, policies, standards, and metrics that will assist in the delivery of efficient and effective Filta branding and services across clients, employees, and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in monitoring and enforcing proper procedures and protocols at all times.
Conducts KPI and Quality Reviews.
Prepares a monthly report to monitor the KPI score and Quality score of each department.
Analyse trends in key performance metrics, quality score, errors, and escalation.
Documents company workflows, changes, and procedures.
Ensures full documentation of all data supporting the quality monitoring activities.
Maintains close coordination with all operations leaders (Process Expert/TL/Manager) and Process Owners to ensure the accurate and timely sharing of QA and KPI results and analysis.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager or team lead.
Required Personal Attributes

Good communication skills and managing expectations by proactive communication to your manager.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience developing SOPs, policies, documentation, and training materials and communications within a multi-stakeholder environment.
Exceptionally high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptionally verbal and written English language skills.
Background in creating and delivering effective training for clients and employees alike.
In-depth system skills, specifically Office 365, PowerBI, HRIS, Project Management, and Performance Management platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Commercial experience within fast-moving environments where high efficiency and effectiveness are essential.
