Key Roles:
The Japanese Quality Analyst (for System Development Projects) should be a self-motivated, proactive individual who has excellent Quality analysis skills and performs Quality duties with Service Delivery excellence as mission and goal. JQA will mainly interact with Japan Quality Management Division, so verbal interpretation and documents translation on a Quality aspect are part of day-to-day tasks, and is highly required.
Aside from interpretation/translation, JQA's main activity will perform quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required.
JQA must be able to identify improvement areas through fact-based findings, create error trend analysis and propose action plans. An independent contributor who can follow through with different Managers on the status of their Projects.
Responsibilities:
To perform quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit process and procedures, conducts root cause analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required.
To do verbal interpretations and documents translation (from JP to EN and vice versa) for Quality analysis reports and presentations.
To learn and enhance knowledge through system development methodologies, using Waterfall/Agile.
Work with cross-functional Development teams / Projects to do proactive identification of errors / bugs / issues in UI - ST, SS - IT and PS - PT phases according to Fujitsu System Development standards.
Perform as Third Party Inspector doing Development Screens inspection, identifying Review Findings, Defect Findings and Root Cause Analysis in PS-PT phase.
Review and investigate Customer Satisfaction responses.
To objectively coach and provide feedback to Project Managers based on factual findings and quality analysis.
To create Service Improvement Plans, conduct discussions or meetings surrounding these improvements and track success measures of the Plan.
Any additional tasks that will be assigned by your direct Manager.
Experience:
N2 Linguistic Competency level is required.
Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance and Quality Analysis background or experience is required.
Experience working onsite in Japan is an advantage.
Must be flexible to work different shifts as required by the Manager / Company including holidays and overtime- depending on workload and urgency of requirement.
Must have strong reading and writing skills in Japanese and English.
System Development experience of 3 years is an advantage.
Intermediate level of experience in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and presentation skills to Managers and Stakeholders.
College graduate.
Experience in Macro, SAP and Power BI will be considered a plus.
