Role Purpose
The role holder is responsible for supporting the quality management of services, processes, projects and escalations by doing root cause or deep dive analysis. He / She requires the ability to work in a constructive, non-biased and collaborative manner by establishing positive work relationships; partnering with Leadership teams (Operations Managers, Project Managers, etc.).
Candidate should be a Proactive individual contributor who has strong interpersonal skills because communication with and providing feedback to different Managers and Japanese partners is required for the role. Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to Quality is also highly expected.
Candidates with PMO background and auditing experience, or PMOs closely working with Quality departments on required evidences or documents, can also be considered for the position.
Key Accountabilities
Analyze quality data for INFRA and APPS DEV Teams, and controls quality processes and deviations.
Audit and review existing Quality Monitoring processes (Incident Lifecycle management, Software Development Lifecycle, Operational documents, Reports) of each Lines of Business.
High/frequent communication and interpersonal skills because Quality Associate will interact, ask questions/conduct interview, do deep-dive analysis on evidences and provide feedback to Managers.
Proactively understand business processes and CREATE new Quality Monitoring procedures.
Provide detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on identified Escalations or Issues. To be reported on a weekly/monthly basis to Delivery teams and Stakeholders.
Processes, Guidelines and Tools- Works under supervision on continuous improvement and optimization of processes, guidelines and tools.
Issues and Escalations- Works within defined rules and regulations. Solves quality issues and able to identify potential escalations, before it is reported to Senior Management.
Project Work- Works as part of the team in quality projects
Documentation. Assists in preparation of presentation material and prepares documentation. Map action items as preventive measures and track progress of actions.
Job Requirements
Solid work experience in Quality Processes and Procedures - creation, auditing, governance, reporting (PDCA).
Background in ITSM and/or Software Development is required.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills because Quality Associate will interact, ask questions, do deep-dive analysis on evidences and provide feedback to Line Managers.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Auditing- specific to Operational Procedures such as Project Management, Implementation, Quality documents and the like.
Onshore and offshore counterparts' coordination experience is a plus.
Minimum working experience of 3 years with an IT Company is required.
College graduate.
Willing to work different shifts as required.
Will to work on holidays and challenging environment situations, like typhoons and transport strike.
Will render overtime even at a moment's notice, depending on workload and urgency of requirement.
