ALDEV LAND CORPORATION is in engaging in hospitality industry with high end private vacation properties for rent and is currently looking for:
 
PURCHASING STAFF
 
Responsibilities:
Canvass and evaluate prices of materials and vehicles quotation (making, matrix for final approval).
Generate Purchase Orders, Makes NTP/Contract.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
Follow-up of deliveries/verifications of quality and qualities etc.
Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items to ensure that all items are delivered to site on time.
Plan and manage inventory levels of supplies.
Maintain a bidders' list, vendors' file, and such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business and other related and suitable courses
At least 1 yr. experience in purchasing, specifically in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Strong financial accounting, database, and computer skills specifically Microsoft applications.
Strong analytical and statistical skills for complex problem solving.
Flexible, detail-oriented, independent and can work with very minimal supervision.
Successful applicants will be assigned at our satellite office located at One Paseo, Maria Luisa Road, Banilad, Cebu City
