PURCHASING ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
Create PO and procure company goods based on an approved budget
Perform research and communicate with vendors and suppliers to find the best goods
Creating a database of invoices, purchase orders, and quotes requests and updating it as needed
Reviewing all purchase-related documents for errors before it is sent to the purchasing supervisor
Tracking and maintaining the status of orders and reporting any delivery issues to the supervisor
Ensuring all purchased goods are up to company standards
