Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, and other information as required to achieve Operations objectives
Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the hand-off of trainees to production
Regularly assess training content for accuracy and relevance, implementing improvements as needed and identified/requested by operations
Administer assessments to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Supervise trainees throughout nesting to ensure comprehension of training material
Generate new training material/content based on specific program needs
Regularly participate in production activities to maintain expertise on each line of business being trained
Develop new training material to enhance Operations performance

Requirements
At least 1 year of trainer/coach/SME experience
Bachelor's or any 4-year course graduate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Amenable to work onsite
