The Property Specialist will have the following functions and responsibilities:
To market projects of Alveo Land via online or face to face negotiations
To achieve individual sales quota
Weekly report submission of sales activities (i.e. online activities / face to face presentation and other activities necessary to generate sales production
Enhancement of personal skills
To attend booth manning assignments and other company sponsored activities
To act responsibly with integrity, accountability and total commitment

PROPERTY SPECIALIST
Graduate of any 4 year course. Fresh graduates are welcome
Good interpersonal skills
Must be skilled in sales planning and execution
Well versed in digital marketing and must own laptop and has stable internet connection
Has wide range of network
Willing to handle premium projects of Alveo Land located in Vertis North Estate (Trinoma) and Cloverleaf Estate
Willing to be based in Quezon City
Fast learner, can work under pressure and is goal oriented
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Real Estate / Mortgage 15 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
