It was established October of 2012 and offers business transcription services to various insurance companies, broadcast communications companies, and other companies in need of transcription services. Our Business Transcribers, Proofreaders, and Closed Captioners convert media files to formal, legal text documents, and convert transcripts to special formats such as production scripts and document dialogues. Files can range from insurance interviews to subtitling for popular TV shows and series in United States.

The candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• English Language proficiency
• Good to advanced listening skills
• Good to advanced typing skills
• Very keen to details
• Good time management skills
• Experience in transcribing audio recordings is an advantage but not necessary
• Can effectively follow confidentiality guidelines and verbal instructions
• Willing to be trained, can accept constructive criticisms well, and is also a team-player
• Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
