Primary Responsibilities:
To oversee the project coordination, data analysis, task deliverables, and project implementation related to system and process improvements for the Cargo division.
Develop, apply, and maintain consistent standards across all projects and other technical applications, system enhancements and business processes.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert to internal and external stakeholders.
Collects essential information for analysis and provide assessments on business processes, procedures and system integrations.
Tracks project issues, milestones, change requests, budgets, and other initiatives involved in project management.
Assists the Project Manager with planning and coordination of all concerned business initiatives.
Provides project updates and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Facilitates Technical Trainings on the Cargo System and other applications for the business.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of at least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates with good academic standing.
Experience in auditing processes is a plus.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong interpersonal and team working skills.
Willing to work in Pasay City
