We are in need of a highly motivated team player, with desire to assist in leading a team of 30-50 individuals all with the same goals of providing the best work for our clients. This position reports directly to the Site Supervisor so problem solving and decision making are immediate. Aside from other basic job requirements, we need you to posess estimating and quantitative skills, Bar Chart-Pert CPM Schedulings and proficiency in the English Language. Must be comfortable in presiding over job site meetings and produce Minutes of Meeting are also preferred. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
