PROJECT MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities :
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities
Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workloads, and activities
Tracking project cost and progress while providing regular reports to project members and stakeholders.
Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and budget if required.
Identifying and mitigating potential project risk.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders.
Ensuring on-time project delivery and good quality.
Evaluates project members' technical performance and provides constructive feedback for members' improvements.
Create new project leads from existing clients or new clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is preferred but not required.
Previous experience managing software development projects using latest project management tools like ASANA, Trello or Jira.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, including knowledge of various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript frameworks, mobile app development, and other modern programming languages is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
