Role Purpose
The role holder manage a team and is responsible for the quality of service and compliance to operational level agreements.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver a specialist service management function within or into an account
Leads on elements of service delivery to lower management level within the customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements.
Contributes to the service partnership as part of one service team with internal and external customers.
Monitors, maintains and ensures compliance to their process specialism
Continually review the process and associated activities for efficiency and effectiveness, and makes recommendations for improvement.
Implements solutions to identified issues
Manages the escalation process for issues and deals with the problems and issues affecting the availability of service. May establish a change in process, standards or practices to ensure the service provided meets requirements of the business. Ensures appropriate approvals are secured prior to implementation of changes.
Manages, motivates and develops a team directly in order to provide direction, ensure the team achieve their objectives and to constantly improve quality of service.
Customer management. Builds and maintains customer relationship. Ensures that directions, agreements, issues and other relevant and important information are properly and clearly communicated to the team and the management.

Appropriate service provided to Fujitsu
Service performance and operational level agreements
Timely resolutions of problems or issues
Service performance and maintains an appropriate escalation process
Role model and positive personal image

Qualifications:
Bilingual - with Nihongo JLPT certification level of N1 or N2. Very good Nihongo skills and English communication skills. Can communicate using Japanese business language
Graduate of any business or IT course
With more than 5 years of relevant work experience
With experience in a lead role
