Document interfaces and processes
Creation of dashboards and reports Support other activities related to CRM projects
Focus on IT Business analyst profile doing Project Management
Resource for Project Management

Resource for Business Analysis
Qualifications
Relevant university degree (Business Admin, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on IT
1-3 years PJM experience
Intermediate experience with PJM including but not limited to: scoping, requirements gathering, planning, stakeholder management with project handled before covers mostly IT related is an advantage.
Knowledge with IT products e.g. CRM, Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Power BI
Expertise in ERP (business analytics - negotiable), eCommerce systems an advantage
Know-how with data management and data analytics
Strong coordination skills and communication skills
Basic understanding with Data Security
Good Technical understanding of IT systems and Infrastructure
Knowledge of JIRA or any other tracking tool added advantage
Advanced MS Office
Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
Good communication skills, ability to think analytically
