JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Course / Master Electrician / Civil Engineering or any related course
With license is not preferably required
Has knowledge and experience in the installation of electrical doors, conveyors, PLC, with project supervisor experience is an advantage
Experience in planning and implementing strategies
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lead
Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila or Luzon
