Job Description
Planning and design: Develop project plans, prepare technical drawings, and estimate costs
Construction management: Oversee construction operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Technical advice: Provide technical advice to subcontractors and craftspeople, and resolve technical issues
Communication: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals, and attend regular meetings
Quality assurance: Implement quality control processes, and conduct inspections Documentation: Maintain detailed records, and compile and present reports
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
