Job Description
Primarily responsible for ongoing construction monitoring and project preparation. His duties and responsibilities also include:
Conducting site inspection of ongoing construction project assigned,
Prepares and submits periodic project assessment report, determine percentage of accomplishment and prepares progress report,
Participates actively in staff meetings and training programs,
Performing other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a BS Civil Engineering graduate;
With at least 1-2 years of construction-related experience;
Knowledgeable in Building Administration and Construction best practices;
Knowledgeable in Safety Hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments;
Basic supervisory skills;
With driver's license (can drive motorcycle);
Open with a Project-based status
