JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identifies and reports all the engineering punchlist and concerns of the project to the concerned departments before actual turnover
Validates the engineering plans of the units and ensures that they are executed properly including those with modification/special requests.
Ensures that all punchlist items are rectified on the given time and within the standards
Works together with the team during actual unit owner inspection and directly responds to the unit owner's engineering concerns
Performs tasks as needed for smooth transition of handover
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office, Building Construction or equivalent
Flexible and can represent the company during client handover/meeting
Familiar in local building codes and international standards in engineering and construction industry
Knowledgeable in various construction phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, building punchlisting/testing, proejct handover and close-out and building management/supervision
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
At least 1 year of working experience in Functionality testing/Punchlisting and Handover
Can start ASAP
Preferably located or nearby Cebu City
