The Role
As a Project and Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible to perform extensive User Acceptance Testing and provide support to Project implementation requirements of Financial Control (FINCON) arising from new systems, automation, and Bank directions which include planning, executing, monitoring and closing the Project.
How you will contribute
Prepares related documents on FINCON systems' projects and on other projects (i.e. Service Request Form, Internal Sign-Off sheet, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Tracking Sheet, User Guides, Test Scripts, etc) using the supporting document (test results, product manuals, recommended system enhancement, Business Requirement Document, etc).
Performs UAT (using the centralized test scripts, BRD/MRD, FSD, and checklist to ensure that all business or regulatory requirements are met. Any reservations are properly assessed and mitigated.
Gathers business requirements for FINCON new/upgrade systems' projects.
Assists in the system enhancement using gaps, exceptions, and recommended enhancements noted on the completed project to minimize work-around procedure and system quality.
Prepare and organize training materials and system walkthrough using UAT application and virtual presentation for the user to understand and familiarize with the system.

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, or Information Technology
Must have good communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to do multi-tasking and keen to details
