Job Responsibilities:
In-charge of project cost accounting, first time setup and continuous analysis of total estimated costs to complete a project, allocate costs, prepares and maintains related project subsidiary ledgers, for use in financial and management reports.
Perfroms month-end and year-end closing activities for each project by computing the Percentage of Completion of accounting for each real estate for sale project, for use in revenue and cost recognition in the Company books.
Regulary coordinates with the project team regarding any changes in the project budget and with suppliers for billings, and tracks actual expenses versus budgets, investigates any variances and reports monthly and annually to management, including remainging budget, to support project delivery.
Effectively monitors revenues, classifies direct versus indirect costs, identifies outright expenses versus capitalizable costs, forecasted versus actual revenues, and reports on project's profitabilty to management.
Closes out project accounts upon completion and prepares overall report on the project's status.
Ensures accounting record are filed accordingly

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At leat 2-3 years of Audit or Project Accounting in Real Estate industry
Knowledgeable in generally accepted accounting principles and latest standards
Knowledgeable in Real Estate laws, BIR regulations and other applicable laws
Technical Knowledge
SAP or other accounting software
