Job Description:
Regional IT; Codes & Unit Tests Changes to Complex Computer Programs From Program Specifications; Supports Test Execution for Additional Levels of Testing Including System Level & Integration Tests; Documents & Maintains Those Programs
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline
Experience: One (1) year of work experience in systems design and development

Requirements
- Experience in developing Spring Boot Microservices, with exposures to Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Security etc.
- Experience in Database design and SQL, preferably Oracle
- Basic knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube)
- Basic knowledge in Quality Assurance tasks development such as automated code unit testing, e2e testing, application profiling and performance fine-tuning
- Experience in Agile methodologies and its management tool (e.g. JIRA, VersionOne) on software development process
- Knowledge in cloud native migration will definitely be a plus (such as pcf, Kubernetes, docker, 12-factor app, redis, message broker like Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Basic knowledge in distributed version control system such as Git, GitHub, GitLab and build tool (maven, gradle)
- Basic knowledge in Linux/Unix OS, Shell scripts
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in logistic / retail network domain will be a plus
- Able to work under pressure and independently to meet business critical timeline
Key Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for application development, API integration quality assurance (automated testing) in all aspects
- Responsible for developing viable solution architectural design, system design and networking with existing cloud infrastructure
- Implement DevSecOps and CI/CD automated pipelines for cloud environments with existing tooling and infrastructure to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes as well as to provide consulting services to application and infrastructure teams specific to automated build, test, deployment and release
- Responsible for the operations and operating environment for the DevOps platforms and will drive troubleshooting efforts around incidents and outages.
- Responsible for liaising with cross-functional business units for coordination, status reporting
- Assist in the development of business cases in the aspects of technical factors
- Create, review and document all IT compliance and audit documentation with the Fedex Global Development Process (System Requirements, Unit Test documents, Code Review) as part of the SDLC cycles
- Basic application/host security and vulnerability resolution, mitigation and management
- Manage / supervise work of overseas vendors
- Develop existing and new team development processes and procedures for business agility
