Major Responsibilities: Project Management Support
Supporting Actions:
▪ Assist in data gathering and moderately complex analysis
▪ Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation such as but not limited to Business requirements, Project Charter documentation, Work Breakdown Structure, Project status, Error Logs, Test scripts, etc.
▪Assist subject experts in creating overall project plans.
▪Monitor action items and remind action owners to deliver the assigned task.
▪Alert subject matter expert for issues affecting efficiency and completion of the project.
▪Attend meetings with subject matter experts updating all stakeholders on the project status, upcoming activities, risk discussion, etc. Assist with meeting agenda, presentation, and preparation of meeting minutes.
▪ Assist in creating simple automation
End Results: Project completion based on target timelines. Complete and updated project documentation
Percentage: 45%
Major Responsibilities: Global Initiative/Process Specific Improvements
Supporting Actions:
▪Assist with data gathering, deep drive analysis, or Root Cause Analysis
▪Assist subject matter expert for justification of process exploration based on the business needs and identified root cause/s.
▪Assist with the documentation required by the business transformation team or global team initiatives
▪Assist in tracking progress and effectiveness of initiatives or improvements.
▪Attend meetings with subject matter experts in process alignment opportunities and improvements with various department leaders. Help with the creation of meeting agenda, presentation, and preparation of meeting minutes.
▪Assist in the monitoring of open and pending action items based on CAPA sessions with the SDE team.
▪Assist in preparing the documentation required for process gap analysis and training needs
End Results: Strong business case justification and smooth implementation of process improvements, communication, and documentation.
Percentage: 45%
Major Responsibilities: Reporting, Adhoc Activities, Administrative Duties
Supporting Actions:
▪Asist in preparation of updates, and report development to all stakeholders.
▪Update SharePoint files for any changes in project status
▪Assist in tracking benefits and savings for projects, improvements, or initiatives.
▪Assist in setting internal meetings with project members to ensure regular cadence.
End Results: Effective documentation and communication of results, initiatives, and reports
Percentage: 10%
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement:
Work experience of 3 to 5 years
Preferably graduate of any Finance/Accounting related course of at least 4-year degree
Technical Competencies
o Intermediate skils required in MS Office applications, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
o Entry level knowledge on creating Macro/MS Access/Visual Basic for simple automation
o Basic written and verbal communication skills
o Intermediate reporting skills
o Analytical skills o Detailed oriented
o GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) o Financial Analysis o Problem Solving Analysis
