Summary: The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing Production Support for Mobile Billing and Ordering systems for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He / She will be part of the team that resolves incident tickets, and performs bug fixing as well as enhancements to the current systems. Job Duties: ' He / She will be responsible for ongoing maintenance support of the Mobile Billing and Ordering system with the following scope of duties: ' Analyze and resolve incident tickets, batch job failures and mobile problem support ' Develop the required application enhancements with complete test cases ' Provide ongoing 7 x 24 supporting to monitor the system running smooth ' Candidates with more experiences will be considered in senior positions The Person: ' University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science related disciplines ' Skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Shell scripting (must) ' Skilled in Unix (must) ' Skilled in Core Java with XML (optional) ' Experienced using WebLogic / Tomcat / Apache (optional) ' Willing to work on weekends / holidays / night for the primary support (must) ' Able to work under pressure ' Effective verbal and written communication in English ' Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills ' Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment ' Skilled in Java (must)
