Job Responsibilities:
Receives Unit Setting from PPIC UH.
Analyzes, evaluates and segregates Axle model from the Unit Setting into components specific quantity.
Check, Review, Allocates existing inventory (WH,APS) to unit setting to determine what are the discrepancy.
Creates and submits to immediate superior axle and axle parts order (Imported-OCEO-PRD, Local-Aps)
Ensure timeliness of delivery
Allocates Axle and axle components to unit setting for Production support and processing 4 sections.
Creates and Disseminates Work Order (Quantity and Synchronized schedule base on processing lead-time) for processing 4 from unit setting.
Generates material forecast for local parts for order every month.
Generates imported parts request quarterly.
Update work order monitoring regularly
Maintain and ensure that BOM are updated for mandatory, non-mandatory parts and consumables.
Facilitate costing for JO not included in the additional job menu.
Conform to the Transmittal form as one the basis for contractors billing in Production Support, processing 4 sections.
Maintain and monitors implementation of Work Order.
Creates Work Order for additional jobs received
Other tasks to be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
Graduate of bs mechanical or industrial engineering.
Preferably with license or certificate.
With at least 1 year experience in materials planning and scheduling is an advantage but not required.
With experience automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
With good planning, communication, documentation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Must be computer literate, knowledgeable with ie methods, familiarity with automotive parts.
Must be keen to details, organized, and team player.
Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon city.
