What You'll Be Doing
 
As our Production Planner, you'll be the brain behind the build - the one who turns orders into action and timelines into results. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure that every piece is made on time.
 
Your mission will include:
o   Building and managing daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts
o   Coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials and capacity are aligned
o   Monitoring workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recalibrating timelines as needed
o   Using data to solve problems, drive efficiency, and reduce delays
o   Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in workflow and planning systems
o   Ensuring accurate records and documentation for U.S. export compliance
 
What We're Looking For
o   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
o   3+ years experience in production planning in manufacturing , preferably in Asia
o   Familiarity with world export timelines and requirements is a big plus
o   Strong analytical and organizational skills
o   Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (experience with MRP tools is a bonus)
o   Clear communicator in both spoken and written English
o   Calm under pressure, adaptable, and deadline-focused
