INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
 
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
Qualification:
 
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Work Experience
Experience in wood furniture manufacturing, production, or process improvement (1-3 years preferred).
Knowledge in polishing and finishing processes is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of time and motion studies, work measurement, and manpower planning.
Familiarity with production planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
Proficient in using data analysis tools (Excel, Word)
Understanding of quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Basic knowledge of machines used in wood furniture production (CNC, sanding machines, cutting machines, etc.)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with production teams, supervisors, and managers.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
