Production Manager (Project Documents)
JOB SUMMARY:
 
We are seeking a passionate Production Manager to lead our creative team in producing exceptional document templates across various file formats, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe PDF, Apple Pages, and more. The Production Manager is responsible for guiding a team of graphic designers and writers, ensuring that our products align with our brand identity and maintain the highest quality standards.
 
The ideal candidate is a leader with a strong foundation in writing, and has the ability to leverage AI-driven content creation tools, to produce persuasive, informative, and visually appealing document templates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers and writers.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Manage workloads, priorities, and project timelines.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and skill development.
Encourage a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
Content Expertise
Leverage extensive experience in technical and business writing to provide strategic guidance to the team in crafting well-researched, accurate and useful written content for document templates.
Demonstrate an understanding of content creation using ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools, effectively integrating these technologies into the content generation process for enhanced efficiency and quality.
Ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality, including grammar, style, and messaging consistency.
Collaborate closely with writers to develop well-researched content that aligns with the project objectives and brand guidelines.
Act as the final authority for content-related decisions, reviewing and editing written materials to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and coherence.
Serve as a role model by actively contributing your own content creation skills to the team's projects when needed.
Project Management
Organize, plan, direct, and control the production process, utilizing effective project management approaches.
Ensure that the production flow is seamless and efficient-from content creation, product design, and quality evaluation to publishing the products live on the website.
Draw and plan production schedules and manage the daily allocation of tasks to ensure that the team works effectively to meet the daily production targets.
Manages the daily target quota of the team and addresses any challenges with utmost urgency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Literature or any related field.
Prior experience in content writing with a demonstrated ability to create compelling written materials.
Strong communication and leadership skills essential for guiding and mentoring team members.
Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for design and content quality.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and can effectively manage a geographically dispersed team, including remote and on-site members.
Must be willing to work onsite or in the office as is mandatory for this position.
