Job Description
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Project Execution: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects according to plan. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and best practices to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, using structured change management processes.
Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-implementation reviews.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide mentoring and support to junior team members.
Performance Analysis: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology; Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or similar fields.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT, software development, or consulting industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certification in project management would be highly desirable.
Experience in managing IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
Certification in PMP or Prince2.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Proficiency in change management and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
