We are looking for dynamic individuals that will part of our support team. The Product Support Specialist will be responsible in:
Resolve the client's concern thru inbound calls.
Respond to client's emails.
Create tickets to document the incoming queries from customers.
Escalate tickets to appropriate team for resolution.
To be successful with this role candidates must have:
Graduate of any four year course.
Excellent communication skills and customer support experience.
With background in handling software issues are desired.
Skills in MS Office Applications.
Experience in ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus.
