JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any equivalent course
- With at least 1 year of work-related experience
- Background or knowledge in Networking and Systems (server)
- Well-oriented in all facets of customer care services
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities
• In charge of the commissioning, implementation, and support for Standard Products
• Conducts training and orientation for end-user
• Monitors and addresses concerns of the client that may arise
• Perform onsite ticket support when needed
