JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any relevant course
- Experience in managing, designing, and set-up of the network, server, and system security requirements of the organization
- Knowledgeable with connectivity and network services (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Well-oriented in all facets of customer care services
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides on-call support to end-user (remote desktop, email, hardware, and software concerns)
- Administration of Phoenix system, the specific task includes creating, editing, updating, and granting of user's accounts, user rights, and user access using Active Directory.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting of desktop computers running in Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Network troubleshooting of wired and wireless connection of desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, databases, and servers
