*Job Qualifications:
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any equivalent course.
• Has related work experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and support of Computer/POS Networks. Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and DHCP. Troubleshooting skills of network functions such as servers and routing.
• Willing to do field work
• Flexible and dependable
• Ability to quickly learn technologies and products
• Well-oriented in all facets of customer care services
*Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessment and provide services related to the company and client's network and computer system.
• Perform installation and configuration of computer networks and systems.
• Organizing and monitoring the networks and systems to be able to identify how performance can be improved.
• Make upgrades and repairs as needed
• Take incoming requests for help from end-users through calls, e-mails, and support requests.
• Make initiatives and ownership of reported end-user problems and use diagnostic, tools to identify root problems
