Experience with relevant technologies that could include the following: Microsoft*s Windows 2012, 2016 Server Microsoft IIS 8.0 (and above). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft*s SQL Server. Strong working knowledge of Active Directory/Windows domain administration. Understands customer support processes and procedures, including communicating effectively with customers and understanding escalation processes. Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, conflict resolution and technical writing skills. What Will Put You Ahead? Required Skills : 3+ years with Support of application written on C# .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET and Java software. Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, telnet, SSH, HTTP,etc .) (at least a good working understanding of these protocols) Web based technologies - XML, HTML and JavaScript (jQuery) JSON, LDAP. Web Servers: IIS 8.0, IIS 10.0 & popular Web Browsers. SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016 (Install, troubleshoot, debug, execute SQL queries, read logs) Proficiency of Windows and Linux (and/or Unix) operating systems. Open to work on Night shift and EMEA schedule Preferred skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of JAVA language, the ability to read and interpret JAVA code and error stack trace.
