We're looking for a Product Specialist who's part strategist, part technologist, and part customer champion-ready to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer success.
 
Your Role:
Champion Product Adoption - Guide clients and internal teams in leveraging PublishForge and PipelineForge for maximum impact.
Run Demos & Training - Showcase product features through engaging demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
Gather Feedback - Work closely with users to identify needs, pain points, and feature requests.
Collaborate with Product & Dev Teams - Ensure customer feedback translates into valuable product improvements.
Optimize Workflows - Help customers set up efficient, AI-assisted publishing and automation processes.
What You'll Need:
Experience in product management, SaaS platforms, or digital publishing/automation tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical features into business value.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, and cloud-based platforms.
Bonus: Experience with content platforms, composable architecture, or marketing automation systems.
