Job Description:
Manage Account products such as Current Account, Savings Account, Debit Card, and the like.
Market the CASA and Debit Card service of the bank, lead the creation on the marketing materials, provide the guideline to the potential client on opening account with BOC.
Work for the implementation of the products development. Localize product manuals for new products based on BOCHK's regional version.
Provide internal training on the products.
Conduct market study (trend and requirements).
Create marketing plan for products.
Monitor the performance of products handled, conduct post-evaluation, adjust the price, requirement or internal procedure of the product, make plan and guide the sales team to improve the performance of the cash management products.
Study the market, review the performance of the existing products and work on products R&D (Research and invent new product, upgrading of existing products).
Collaborate and coordinate with the sales and operation team.
Achieve key targets set by department and the bank.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the TB Head
Qualification:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
At least 4 years related work experience in the field of Account Management or Account Operation
At least 3 years work experience in banking industry
