This individual will write, review, analyze and approve test reports. Product Analysis Engineers are deeply involved in process control and improvement for the test and inspection methods utilized in the lab and assist with the review of standards and preparation engineering documentation such as procedures, work instructions, training plans, and visual aids.To apply for Electronic And Mechanical Engineering, you are excellent at: Reviewing final reports for accuracy and completeness before submitting to customer. Analyzing manufacturer datasheets and other published information to determine the difference between devices that need to be verified in order to confirm authenticity. Being familiar with current international standards for classifying product quality, authenticity, and required inspection processes and test methods. Training inspectors to internal and international standards. Maintaining records and database for all orders processed, completed, customer disposition, and end-user disposition. Developing and maintain database of golden samples and manufacturer information. Researching international industry and manufacturer standards and make proposals to management for areas in which improvements are required or recommended. Supporting on quality system management and MSS Service. Your Success Profile includes: Must have a minimum of technical degree in microelectronics. Must have three years' experience working in electronic component laboratory or manufacturing environment. Good communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Attending off-site training will be required. Familiarity or documented training in 6 Sigma preferred. Experience in one of the following: Packing Equipment or process (Dry packing, labelling, tape and reel, vacuum sealing, etc.) Process Engineer or involved in IC package molding and DTFS, preferably for high pin count IC manufacturing BGA, LGA, or QFP Process Engineer with background in assembly of RF components and/or connectors Process or Product Engineer involved with assembly and testing of FPGA, PLD, ASIC or SoC devices Failure / Reliability Analysis
