Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
With at least 1 year experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the construction industry.
Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and tools.
Understanding of industry-specific suppliers and vendors.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to ensure accuracy in orders, contracts, and inventory management.
Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting.
Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to resolve procurement issues efficiently and effectively.
Open to work from Mondays to Saturdays
Must be willing to be assigned in Talisay City
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and select suppliers for materials, tools, and equipment.
Obtain price quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supplier issues.
Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and reorder as necessary.
Track and ensure that orders match specifications and delivery deadlines.
Inspect materials upon delivery and address any defects or discrepancies.
Maintain records of purchases, including delivery schedules, invoices, and payment confirmations.
Generate reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and vendor performance.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the right materials are available when needed.
