Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
Procurement Process Management:
Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery.
Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the procurement budget.
Monitor and report on procurement expenditures and savings.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance, and savings to senior management.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
