Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from oversea vendors
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Source goods, materials and services at competitive prices and makes recommendation.
Maintain and update supplier database and finds alternative/ back-up supplier
Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities
Job Qualification
At least 2 years work experience in Procurement (international)
Has a good command of the English language both written and verbal
Knowledgeable on procurement operations, with at least two (2) years experience in sourcing and negotiation
Computer literate. Proficient in the use of MS Office Application
Organized, trustworthy and details oriented
Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
