Are you a werker?
We seek a talented accounts payable specialists with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in computerised accounts payable systems and processes
Experience in procure-to-pay business cycles and systems which operate according to strict workflow processes
Key technical skills required such as reviewing and coding of supplier bill transactions to general ledger accounts
Knowledge and experience in servicing international clients (particularly Australian businesses) will be highly regarded
Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP's Procure-to-Pay will also be highly regarded
Service orientated, confident, articulate and can demonstrate being a problem solver ready to assist clients in their accounts requirements
Excellent English-speaking and writing skills
Able to work collaboratively and openly interact with a professional team
Trustworthy and committed to actively participate in the growth plans of our company
Location: Davao City
Requirements
Thorough knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycles (accounts payable) procedures
Proven experience as Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Officeer or Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
Hands-on experience with accounts payable software packages, like Lightyear, Receipt Bank
