Create training needs analysis, relevant training and development programs
Create and regularly update training manuals
Manage knowledge transfer, material development and training delivery
Ensure effective knowledge transfer through various teaching techniques, assessment tools and continuous improvement opportunities
Deliver dynamic training sessions such as, but not limited to, customer service, soft skills, process training, software use training, refresher training, and the like
Conduct training needs assessments to understand characteristics and skill level of personnel to ensure a consistently high level of competency
Monitor, manage and deploy skills matrix program
Measure program training effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives
Assist with business process development and consistent implementation of business processes and tactics to help drive business results
Develop, maintain, update and review the Company's overall Standard Operating Procedure, Work instructions, Guidelines and procedures, Policy Manuals, and the like
Be the point of contact to maintain all process changes, process documents and later train people on any changes
Prepare, submit and analyze related documentation and reports required by the management
Investigate and report causes of operational problems and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving. This might involve revisiting procedures and workflows.
