What We're Looking For:
Sales Expertise: 3+ years as a Sales Trainer or similar role, 3+ years in outbound sales (BPO experience preferred).
Excellent Communication: Simplify complex ideas and engage diverse audiences.
Training Development: Skilled in creating impactful training materials.
Passionate Mentor: Natural inclination to teach and inspire.
Adaptable: Agile in a fast-paced environment.
