PROCESS ENGINEER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
As a Process Engineer at SAWO, you will be a key player in improving efficiency, quality, and innovation within our metal, wood, electrical & stone manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance production processes.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall quality.
Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that processes meet and exceed ISO quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance, to implement process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Industrial Engineering is a plus).
Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Proficiency in process optimization tools and methodologies.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Efficient multi-tasker with ability to work under pressure.
