Applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Knowledgeable on design software such as AutoCAD and other design tools is an advantage
With strong interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, consultants, contractors, etc.
Knowledgeable on industry standards to ensure that design layouts and site works are in conformity with engineering practice
With intensive experience in project management and plant process operations for water or septage treatment plant, specializing in water treatment plant operations and maintenance
Ability to identify resource requirements (manpower, installation tools, equipment, etc.) which are necessary for the completion of site activities on time and within the approved schedule
Ability to interpret plans and specification and contract administration
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Ability to effectively communicate verbally, technically and in written form
Results-oriented, strong-willed, optimistic, highly spirited, systematic, team player and
patient
Capable of working in a difficult/challenging environment and able to handle pressure
Candidate must be willing to work at any Project Site Nationwide
Can work under minimum supervision and willing to render overtime and work on Saturday.
Applicant must be willing to work in Taguig City.
Job Description Summary
Review engineering documents related to process and treatment plant design
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project data base which will monitor all project deliverables including budget
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance)
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
