Respond to provider requests
Communicate to insurance providers for authorization determination
Process verification of members benefits
Review Members clinical records
Manage healthcare cases
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Campaign
Knowledge with Pre-authorization
Good verbal written and English skills
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
Amenable working night shift
