PPC/SEM SPECIALIST
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
The PPC/SEM Specialist will manage all paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns (Google Ads) as well as paid social marketing campaigns. Work with the rest of the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, improve result tracking, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) while effectively staying on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize high volume of campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other third party digital media outlets
Collect, analyze data, and research competitors and identify latest trends and Google algorithm changes to achieve maximum ROI
Manage daily, weekly and quarterly bid optimizations to manage spend levels and improve ROI
Collaborate with Copywriter to optimize ad copies
Collaborate with SEO Specialist to optimize client websites and find new opportunities to drive traffic & sales
Collaborate with SMM Specialist and provide keywords to optimize organic social media efforts and improve email marketing campaigns
Prepare dashboards with relevant reporting and data for clients
Build, maintain and analyze bi-weekly/monthly performance reporting and share it with the team
Regularly communicate with Marketing Director on development and results
Attend trainings related to role to keep knowledge and skill set sharp
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically managing organic and paid campaigns
Strong and in-depth knowledge of Search Retargeting and Site Remarketing
Expert in in Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform
Certification and licenses in PPC and Google Adwords is a plus
Excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
Articulate in both written and verbal English communication
Well-organized and a strong team player
