Policy Plan Accounting (PPA) is one of the units under the Account Services Department which handles posting of payments and other payment-related concerns like auto charging and auto debit requests, check cancellations, dividend/endowment withdrawals, SLAMCI Sun Synergy, refund of overpayments, and other reversals or adjustments.

Ensure emails are acknowledged/replied to within 24-48 hours and endorsed to appropriate unit for handling
Transmittal preparation for ADA forms, Bounced Checks, and BIR Forms 2307
O/S Disbursement Handling
Refund of Overpayment and Service Fee
Retrieve files/records as required from PPA
Assist in PPA Clean-up activities
