Responsibilities:
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Requirements:
Open for Native and Non-Native Polish speakers
Must be fluent in both English and Polish language
At least high school graduate
Customer Service & Technical support experience is an advantage
Willing to start as soon as possible
