The Role
As an PMAD Specialist, you will assists business in overseeing day-to-day operation support of loans, online account opening and cards, resolving issues affecting loans, online account opening and card system process, and ensuring successful execution of system enhancements for loans and cards process.
How you'll contribute
Validate UAT scenarios prepared by business or operation on the request enhancement
Perform UAT and prepare test scripts and other documentation for process enhancements
Resolve issues affecting loans, online account opening and cards
Escalate reported issues on system and applications to appropriate units
Prepare communication guidelines to processors and users regarding status or changes in the process
Provide recommendations to business and operation for further process improvement
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any business related and IT related degrees
Knowledgeable in PHP, JQUERY, HTML, and SQL
Must possess effective oral and written communication skills
Must have a good analytical and multi-tasking ability, proactive, possesses continuous improvement mindset
