JOB DESCRIPTION
To oversee Maintenance Operators for refrigeration system and facilities management activities
Works with Engineering Dept Head in the technical investigations for rectification worksLiaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
To ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
To assist Engineering Dept Head in planning and developing the Maintenance Operators' skills.
Prepare monthly report
Analyze of power consumption
Ensure zero accident
Strictly follow the preventive and routine maintenance schedule
Able to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem.
Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the units
Plan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, and spare-parts
Strictly follow Engine ethics, health and safety rules.
Follow established policies and those outlined in the rules.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all employees
Perform any special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree on Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer, graduate of other courses are welcome to apply
Certification in facilities management is a plus
