Reviewing completed work to ensure that it meets the standards for quality and accuracy before submission to billing.
Analyzing medical records to identify potential causes of resubmission, rejection or denials.
Contacting the client if an information is missing or if something needs to be clarified.
Job Description:
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
Current and valid PHRN license
At least 1 year of bedside/clinical experience
Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
